All American Trainco instructors are required to have a formal education and real world work experience. They need to be leaders in their field. We don’t hire field people without teaching experience, and we don’t hire teachers without field experience. They must have both.

Our instructors are able to empathize with the student and the job he does. They are exceptional communicators and technical knowledge experts. If they had to, they must be able to teach a class from start to finish with nothing more than a marker and whiteboard - if they can’t provide a decent presentation using only their knowledge and experience, then they aren’t qualified to teach for American Trainco.

American Trainco instructors keep their knowledge fresh and stay up to date with technological changes through interaction with their students and visits to the facilities of our customers. Along with continual personal research and keeping their professional licenses active, they also attend outside conferences, training events, and American Trainco peer review meetings. Many of our instructors have written books and industry articles, are accomplished conference speakers and webinar presenters, and sit on organizational boards.
